At Zero Hunger CLT, our vision is to significantly reduce food waste, beginning in our home city of Charlotte and expanding our reach to other cities, states, and eventually, countries. We believe that this mission should not impose a burden on either the restaurants donating surplus food or the food banks receiving it. Our goal is to create a seamless, efficient, and sustainable system that facilitates this process, ensuring that surplus food is redirected to those in need without any undue strain on our partners. By leveraging technology, fostering strong community partnerships, and advocating for supportive policies, we strive to build a model that can be replicated globally, creating a world where no food goes to waste and no one goes hungry.
