At Zero Hunger CLT, we proactively reach out to local restaurants and encourage them to join our mission. Once registered on our platform, restaurants can easily notify us through our app whenever they have surplus food ready for pickup. This streamlined process ensures that no edible food goes to waste.

Step 2: Volunteer Pickup

Our dedicated volunteers play a crucial role in our operation. Volunteers sign up through our platform to participate in food pickups. They receive alerts about available pickups and coordinate with restaurants to collect surplus food at designated times. This system not only ensures efficient collection but also provides a flexible and rewarding experience for our volunteers.

Step 3: Delivery to Food Banks

After collecting the food, volunteers deliver it directly to local food banks. To ensure accountability and transparency, volunteers take photos of the deliveries, which also helps them earn volunteer hours. This step guarantees that surplus food reaches those in need quickly and safely.

Step 4: Impact Reporting

Zero Hunger CLT leverages the data from our platform to generate comprehensive reports for both restaurants and food banks.
